Tactical Solutions is proud to announce our move into a brand new facility!

Because of our incredible customers and your record breaking order volumes, we were provided the opportunity to dramatically expand our manufacturing and office space. We are very proud and excited to be able to push ourselves and our machinery to a whole new level to bring more innovative products and inventory to the table.

We are truly aware and thankful for the reasons we are able to complete this move. Without the support of our loyal customers, this move would not be possible. We thank all of our customers for everything you have done to help us get to where we are and where we’re headed.

Starting the week of August 20^th we will begin our transition to our new building. We plan to have our move completed on or before the 26^th.

During this time we ask our customers for:

This will be a HUGE move for us and will require all of our manpower to make it a smooth and quick transition. Our staff will have limited availability (or none, in some departments) to return phone calls and emails during this time.

2) Starting August 17^th, please ship to our new address (above).

3) RAs and RMAs will be delayed beginning on August 17^th. Work on the RMAs/RAs will resume on August 27^th.

4) Customer service phones and emails will not be accessible between August 20^th-August 22^nd.

We plan to have our phones and customer service center up and running by the Wednesday the 22^nd and will return all phone calls and emails as soon as we possibly can.
