Restrictions that apply to individuals
- We ship firearm parts and firearm accessories to individuals in the countries listed in Country List B
- We do not ship firearms, frames or receivers to individuals. Please ask your firearm dealer to register with EasyExport and buy the product for you.
- We are unable to ship barrels, slides, bolts, bolt carriers, magazines, and cylinders to individuals in countries that require these parts to be serialized. These items must be shipped to dealers.
Our agreements with suppliers may prevent us from exporting certain products.
Export Licenses
Some orders require an export license. If your order requires an export license, EasyExport will contact you regarding paperwork needed from you. There is no charge for export licenses, but please allow 4-6 weeks for the U.S. Commerce Department to issue the license. If you do not want to wait for EasyExport to obtain an export license, you can cancel your order.
Import Permits
Your country may require that you obtain an import permit for certain products you purchase. EasyExport will contact you if your order requires an import permit. Upon request, EasyExport will prepare your import permit application at no charge if you are located in New Zealand, Australia, or South Africa. If you do not want to obtain an import permit, you can cancel your order.
It is your responsibility to obtain any import permit required by your country. We are not responsible for deliveries that are not completed due to your failure to obtain an import permit or any other authorization required for you to import products into your country.
Duties and Import Taxes
You are responsible for all duties, taxes, import fees and other charges imposed by your country.
If you are located in a country in Country List B, your EasyExport account contains information about duties, import taxes and other charges in your country.
APO/FPO Addresses
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are treated as exports under American regulations. We regret that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
End Use Restrictions
Individuals – Firearms, firearm parts and optics that are shipped to individuals may not be transferred. Individuals are not permitted to buy firearms, firearm parts or optics for family, friends, or other people. Individuals can purchase these items only for their own use.
Dealers, Distributors, and Other Businesses – Dealers and other businesses may resell or transfer products only in their own country and only as permitted by their country’s laws. Complete firearms may not be sold or transferred to anyone on the U.S. Government list here: https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/SDN-List/Pages/sdn_data.aspx.

Compliance with Firearm and Other Laws in Your Country
You are not permitted to buy firearms, firearm parts, or any other items we sell unless you are authorized to own and possess them in your country.
Returns
We do not allow returns of products shipped outside the United States. All international sales are final.
Suspicious or Illegal Activity
We reserve the right to refuse to accept or ship orders for any reason we determine appropriate. Either we or EasyExport will report suspicious or illegal activity to the appropriate legal authorities.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays in shipment or delivery resulting from causes beyond our control.
Legal Disputes
All legal disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in the state and county where our headquarters in the United States are located.
